Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Prep Cook/Dishwasher to join our team in a bustling restaurant environment. Duties: - Assist in food preparation/food cooking under the guidance of the head chef - Operate kitchen equipment such as stoves, ovens, and grills - Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations - Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils following sanitation guidelines - Support kitchen staff in various tasks as needed Skills: - Proficiency in basic food handling and preparation techniques - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment - Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures - Experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred - Willingness to learn and help out in different areas of the kitchen This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in the food industry.
