We are vetting for part-time to full-time line cooks for 25 to 35 hour work weeks.
Responsibilities
Morning shifts are working on food prep and the work is more in line with pub food , such as sandwiches and foods cooked via the deep fryer of grill.
There are shifts for more experienced cooks that have experience with a variety of cooking methods and working with fresh food to make different items on a changing menu.
Experience
Minimum two (2) years experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
PC1 (Professional Cook 1) or PC2 is an asset
Knowledge of meal preparation techniques, food handling, and safety regulations is essential.
Familiarity with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Must have proper foot ware and a knife set is an asset.
