Taches
Preparer les ingredients en lavant, coupant et mesurant les legumes, les viandes et autres elements necessaires a la cuisine.
Aider a la cuisson et a l'assemblage des plats selon les recettes et les normes du restaurant.
Maintenir la proprete et l'organisation du poste de preparation et des ustensiles de cuisine.
Suivre les directives en matiere de securite alimentaire afin de garantir une manipulation, un stockage et une hygiene appropries de tous les ingredients et equipements.
Soutenir l'equipe de cuisine pendant les periodes de forte affluence en preparant efficacement les composants des repas.
Reapprovisionner les stocks selon les besoins afin d'assurer le bon fonctionnement de la cuisine pendant les heures de service.
Aider aux taches de base du service alimentaire, telles que le dressage des assiettes et le portionnement, si necessaire.
Competences
Une experience prealable dans la preparation, le service ou la manipulation des aliments dans un restaurant ou dans le secteur alimentaire est preferable.
Connaissance des techniques de cuisine et des processus de preparation des repas.
Connaissance des normes de securite alimentaire et des procedures d'hygiene appropriees.
Capacite a travailler efficacement dans un environnement dynamique tout en restant attentif aux details.
