Duties of a Prep Cook include:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare and cook menu items to corporate specifications Maintain food quality Handle food while maintaining sanitation standards Daily cleaning and upkeep of work environment Setting & restocking service stations

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Hours and shifts may vary. Includes working evenings, weekends and holidays.

Wage negotiable, based on experience

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 1 years' experience in a professional kitchen Food Safe, Level 1 First Aid Level 1, preferred but not mandatory Ability to multi-task Strong communication skills Strong organizational skills Can work independently and with a team
