As a Prep Cook, You Will

Complete daily preparation of food Ensure food is prepped with a high quality and in a timely fashion Maintain the kitchen cleanliness and sanitation Organize work areas as well as storage areas Maintain a high standard of safety and sanitation Communicate with kitchen staff, cooks, sous chef, and the Head Chef Follow instructions as directed by Sous Chef or Head Chef Assist in all areas of the kitchen as required Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards Clean kitchen and work area Follow all operations policies and procedure Work alongside of the restaurant team to establish a safe and fun atmosphere

Who You Are

Positive and outgoing personality Love for building strong relations with team members Availability - Mornings, 1 or 2 shifts per week Must possess a desire for personal and professional development Ability to multitask and maintain high energy in a fast-pace environment A desire to have fun a work, when you have fun, our guests do too!

What You Bring

Cooking or prep experience is an asset A culinary diploma or degree is considered an asset
