Duties

Prepare and chop ingredients according to recipes and specifications. Assist chefs with cooking tasks, ensuring that meals are prepared efficiently and accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including proper food handling practices. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed. Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure the health and well-being of our customers. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service. Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and cooking methods. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices. Experience in serving or customer-facing roles is a plus. Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively under pressure. A passion for the culinary arts and willingness to learn new skills in the kitchen.
