True North Sports + Entertainment is looking for a Premium Suites Runner to join our team at Canada Life Centre
The Premium Suites Runner will be working with a team to service the Premium Suites, by delivering orders from the kitchen to the pantry areas at Canada Life Centre.

What to be excited for in this role: • Receive food orders from culinary department and transport goods safely to the Premium Suites pantries.
• Ensure orders are delivered timely and correctly.
• Deliver additional supplies as requested by Premium Suites Supervisors.
• Assist with the closing of Premium Suites level, including timely return of dishware to the main kitchen area.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patrons.
• Ensure supervisor is informed of issues that arise, and support resolutions.

What we need from you: • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with proven ability to communicate with all patrons, customers and coworkers.
• Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to effectively and efficiently solve customer concerns with the utmost professionalism.
• Ability to keep calm under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
