Genesis is recruiting for top caliber and experienced staff for a premium client\xe2\x80\x99s downtown Vancouver parkade sites that pay an hourly rate of $20.52 to start and $20.91 after 3 months\xe2\x80\x99 probation. Rotations: 1) Parking Enforcement, 1 full time and 1 part time rotations, afternoon shifts; 2) SRT, full time rotations, 7 days a week open, 0000 to 0800, or 0100 to 0900 hours 3) Lot security, Monday to Thursday, 0700 to 1500 hours; 4) Lot security, Monday to Thursday, 1500 to 2300 hours; or 5) Lot security, Wednesday to Saturday, 2300 to 0700 hours. Mandatory Requirements:

• Valid BC Security Licence
• Class 5 Driver\'s Licence with clean abstract for rotations 1) and 2) - international driver\'s licence not accepted.
• Minimum 6 month\xe2\x80\x99s security experience working at challenging sites with DTE Vancouver environments.
• Speak, read and write fluent English, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A lot of comprehensive and well written reports are required for every shift.
• Physically fit to patrol long distances continuously and climb a multitude of stairs as well as conduct regular evictions of trespassers.
• Pleasant in demeanor and project a professional and well-groomed image.
• Customer-service focused and a team player, with strong attention to detail.
• Positive and outgoing personality, a self-starter with high initiative.

Candidates with the following experience / certification will be given priority:

• First Aid Level 1
• Conflict Resolution
• Customer Service
• Fire Safety

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Salary: From $20.52 per hour Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Every Weekend
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift

Experience:

• DTE security: 1 year (required)
• Customer Service: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

• BC Security Guard Licence (required)
• Class 5 Driver\'s Licence (preferred)
