Educational Assistant
Location:
West Park Elementary School
12 hours weekly - Mornings, Monday to Thursay
January 12, 2026 to June 29, 2026
We are seeking an Educational Assistant to support learning in a Pre-Kindergarten classroom for 3 hours per day, Monday through Thursday.
The successful candidate will be a collaborative team player with experience working with preschool-aged children. A strong foundation in patience, nurturing relationships, and a demonstrated commitment to early childhood teaching and learning are essential assets for this role.
Desirable qualifications and attributes:
Educational Assistant Certificate, Social Work diploma or comparable education is an asset Experience or education in working with children Comfortable working independently, with minimal guidance. Good problem solving skills. Toileting and lifting may be required.
