Preconstruction Manager - ICI Construction | Burlington, ON
? Salary: Up to $220,000
Our client, a leading General Contractor specializing in ICI and Design-Build projects, is seeking an experienced Preconstruction Manager to join their team in Burlington, Ontario.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional who thrives in the early phases of project delivery -- collaborating with clients, managing budgets, and building strategies that lead to successful project execution.
Must Haves:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Preconstruction Manager with a General Contractor completing Design-Build projects and have a strong background in estimating and have successfully won projects.
- Strong working knowledge of Site Development, Building Envelope, and Mechanical & Electrical Systems for ICI facilities.
- Proficiency with estimating software such as PlanSwift, Procore, and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to break down projects into elemental scopes of work, whether working from full construction documents or conceptual designs.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
