We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing sales projects from inception to completion, ensuring that client needs are met while driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a solid background in sales, enabling them to effectively manage client relationships and project deliverables.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple sales projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts
Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or roadblocks that may arise
Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on objectives
Analyze project outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices for future projects
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales or project management, preferably in a related industry
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in project management software and CRM tools is a plus
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
