What Will You Be Accountable For?




Achieving and exceeding

annual revenue and sales targets

Re-engaging existing customers and driving repeat business Supporting strong pre-booking and scheduling practices Developing and maintaining a staffing strategy that maximizes productivity and efficiency Managing supply and vendor relationships with a cost-conscious mindset Increasing customer satisfaction and consistently tracking KPIs Performance management with open, transparent communication Bringing creativity to the role -- from conflict resolution to new initiatives,

your ideas matter



Qualifications




2-5 years of experience leading high-performing teams

in a sales-driven or customer-focused environment

Proven experience in sales management, sales consulting, or business development

Strong understanding of

budgets, forecasting, and P&L management

Leadership experience in a sales-focused role
