Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Dental Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk tasks/clinical coordination and providing excellent customer service in a dental office setting.

Responsibilities:

- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and manage incoming calls on a multi-line phone system
- Schedule appointments and maintain patient records using electronic medical records software
- Verify insurance information and process patient billing
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the dental office staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

-Maintain a full hygiene schedule

Qualifications:

- Experience working with phone systems, preferably in a dental office setting
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records software, Abeldent and RecallMax experience is an asset.
- Knowledge of dental terminology to effectively communicate with patients and staff
- Strong front desk and office administrative and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
