We're hiring a Public Relations Account Manager in Toronto!

Working for both local and national clients, you will support the implementation of 360 communication programs through research, media relations, social media, influencer relations, content writing and event support. You will also gain experience working alongside colleagues in various industry sectors and practice groups, including public affairs, digital, data and design.



The ideal candidate will have a passion for and experience in B2C and B2B technology communications, as well as media and social media campaigns. They will also demonstrate a general knowledge of, and curiosity for, Canada's political, economic, social and technological landscape and trends.

What you'll do:

Develop innovative and strategic programs that deliver measurable results Establish and maintain strong and trusted relationships with clients, teams and media Contribute to the firm's business development initiatives Write strategic client documentation including press releases, Q&As, fact sheets, speaking points, media backgrounds, web content, etc. Manage complex programs and budgets Mentor and coach junior professionals

What you're good at:

Relevant degree and 5-8 years of experience in communications/public relations Agency experience preferred Relationships with media Experience with B2B tech clients Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills; comfortable engaging directly with C-suite and senior-level clients Experience managing large-scale, integrated client programs Digital/social media savvy
