Job Description

We are looking for a PPF Installer to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

Ensure consistent, high-quality installations. Perform advanced installation of paint protection film (PPF), including full body wraps, partial wraps, and specialty applications. Maintain shop organization, cleanliness, and a professional work environment. Collaborate with management on scheduling, workflow, and project deadlines. Inspect completed work for quality control and ensure customer satisfaction. Communicate effectively with clients when needed, providing knowledgeable and professional insights. Support other protective services (ceramic coatings, windshield film) when required.
Qualifications

2+ years of proven experience in professional PPF installation (XPEL or similar products). Strong attention to detail and passion for precision craftsmanship. Ability to troubleshoot, adapt, and coach others through challenges. Excellent communication skills and a professional, customer-focused attitude. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
