Summary

We're looking for a PPC Specialist who can manage and optimize high-budget Google Ads campaigns ($5,000-$100,000+ per month) in competitive home-service markets. If you are skilled, data-driven, and obsessed with performance, you'll fit right in.

Preference for candidates in Calgary, but top talent anywhere will be considered.

Must-Haves:

Must be in Canada.
- Demonstrated success running ROI-positive PPC campaigns (lead generation focused).

Deep knowledge of Google Ads and Google Tag Manager. Ability to take campaigns from setup ? tracking ? optimization ? reporting. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and act quickly. Excellent communication skills and client-ready professionalism.
Bonus if you have:

Experience with home-service lead generation. SEO or Facebook Ads experience. Previous digital agency experience.

Responsibilities

Build and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads (and Facebook Ads when needed). Set up accurate tracking through GA4 and GTM. Run keyword research and competitor analysis. Optimize campaigns daily to reduce CPL and maximize ROI. Manage client budgets responsibly. Provide clear performance reports and actionable recommendations. Stay current with platform updates and best practices.
