Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Powersports Technician to join our growing team. As a Powersports Technician, you will play a key role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide variety of vehicles, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of performance and safety. Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and other powersports vehicles. Diagnose mechanical issues using specialized tools and equipment. Inspect and test vehicles to ensure optimal performance, safety, and reliability. Collaborate with service advisors and customers to provide accurate estimates and explain repairs. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and manufacturer updates. Maintain a clean, organized work environment and ensure proper documentation of work performed. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, fuel, and mechanical systems of powersports vehicles.
Qualifications:

Previous experience as a powersports technician or in a similar mechanical repair role. Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, or similar vehicles. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, fuel systems, and engine mechanics. Ability to work with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Certification in powersports mechanics or related field is preferred but not required. A passion for powersports and a desire to continue learning and improving your skills.
