Powersports Service Manager

Job Description
Rally Motorgroup is looking for a skilled individual for a Power Sports Service Manager position.
This individual will oversee the day-to-day operations, lead a service team of advisors & technicians, and maintain positive customer relations.
This position requires knowledge of Power Sports products, such as ATV's, UTV's, Snowmobiles, and Marine.
Duties include:
- Creating work orders/billing/creating estimates/understanding warranty/dealing with insurance claims/maintaining customer satisfaction/leadership skills/communication skills/mechanical knowledge/working with computers/keeping the service team updated with training.
Experience:
- Although previous management skills are not required, having a background as an advisor or a position that has worked directly with Power Sports would be preferred.
- Leadership skills are a key component to running a strong service team.
- Communication skills are a key component as well. Working directly with other departments, staff, as well as customers.
- Organization skills/Attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $70,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
