Powersports Service Advisor

As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary connection between our customers and our service department, ensuring every rider receives an outstanding, memorable experience. You'll help keep the service workflow efficient, organized, and customer-centric while working closely with a passionate, experienced team.

What You'll Do

Greet service customers and provide a welcoming, professional first point of contact Understand customer concerns, document service requests, and prepare accurate repair orders Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure timely diagnostics and repairs Provide customers with updates, recommendations, and clear explanations of services performed Coordinate scheduling, warranty claims, and internal/external work orders Recommend maintenance, repairs, and accessories that enhance each customer's riding experience Contribute to efficient workflow and exceptional customer satisfaction Maintain strong product knowledge across all brands we represent

What We're Looking For

Experience as a Service Advisor is an asset but not required Enthusiasm for powersports and connecting with fellow riders Excellent communication and customer service skills Highly organized, efficient, and comfortable multitasking in a busy environment Basic mechanical understanding of powersports vehicles (asset but not required) Proficiency with computers and dealership management software
