Sales Representative

to join their team!

Commission Wage Structure with uncapped earning potential!

During your first year, to support your development, Steele Auto Group guarantees a minimum income of

$653.85

weekly, unless commissions exceed that amount.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Assist customers by answering questions, providing product recommendations, and offering expert advice on automotive recreation products. Drive sales by recommending relevant products, upselling, and helping customers make informed purchasing decisions. Stay informed about product features, inventory, and industry trends to effectively guide customer choices. Help manage stock, ensure product displays are organized, and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment. Achieve monthly sales targets and stay within budget guidelines to contribute to store performance and profitability.

Requirements:

Passion for powersports and customer service experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in-person and online. Highly organized, self-motivated, and a strong work ethic. Excellent time management skills and a positive attitude. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Hard working, self-motivated and have excellent time management skills Exceptional communication skills both in-person and online Ability to work independently and within a team environment Valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract. 2-3 Years of proven sales experience
