About the Role
We're looking for an energetic and knowledgeable
Powersports Salesperson
to join our sales team. You'll be the face of our dealership--helping customers find the perfect motorcycle, ATV, side-by-side, or power equipment to match their lifestyle.
What You'll Do
Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products
Stay knowledgeable about current models, features, and industry trends
Create an exceptional, no-pressure buying experience
Maintain the showroom and ensure units are displayed attractively
Assist with test rides, product demos, and events
Accurately complete sales documents and follow dealership processes
Build long-term relationships with customers and support after-sales needs
Use social media and FB Marketplace to grow customer base
What We're Looking For
Experience in sales (powersports, automotive, outdoor equipment, or retail an asset)
Genuine passion for motorcycles and powersports
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Self-motivated, positive, and team-oriented attitude
Ability to learn technical product knowledge
Valid motorcycle license preferred (or willingness to obtain one)
