We're a rapidly growing powersports dealership looking for a
Delivery Manager
who can take full ownership of our delivery and logistics operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building and leading systems, and wants to grow with an entrepreneurial company.
As Delivery Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring every customer delivery is smooth, professional, and on time. You'll manage our delivery team, oversee scheduling and coordination, and implement processes that improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. This role is not just about dispatching; it's about
owning the delivery experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership:
Manage and motivate drivers to meet performance standards.
Delivery Operations:
Plan, schedule, and coordinate deliveries of ATVs, side-by-sides, snowmobiles, and other units across Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and beyond.
Customer Experience:
Act as the point of contact for customers regarding delivery updates, ensuring professionalism and clear communication at every step.
Process Improvement:
Develop SOPs and implement systems to track delivery performance, reduce delays, and improve efficiency.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
Work closely with Inventory and Sales teams to ensure units are prepped, documented, and ready on schedule.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery rate, customer feedback, and delivery costs, and present regular reports to leadership.
Problem-Solving:
Proactively address delivery challenges, from logistics issues to customer concerns, and resolve them quickly.
