Developing and delivering high-quality training programs related to powerline technology, including courses on electrical theory, safety procedures, maintenance, and repair. Planning and implementing training activities, including classroom lectures, hands-on exercises, and practical simulations, to ensure that students acquire the knowledge and skills required to work as powerline technicians. Preparing training materials, such as lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments, that align with industry standards and regulations. Assessing student performance and providing feedback on their progress, strengths, and areas for improvement. Identifying and implementing new training techniques and technologies to enhance the learning experience of students. Maintaining a safe and organized learning environment, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in good working condition and meet safety standards. Collaborating with other instructors, industry professionals, and trade organizations to stay up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in the field. Providing guidance and support to students, including career advice and job placement assistance, to help them succeed in their careers. Managing administrative tasks related to training programs, such as student enrollment, record-keeping, and reporting. As a training manager, may be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the training program, including the development of training budgets, the hiring and supervision of instructors, and the management of training facilities and equipment.
