Job Overview



We are seeking a

Power Platform & Full Stack Developer

to join our innovative team. The

primary focus

of this role is to design, build, and optimize solutions within the

Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem

(Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse). In addition, you will contribute to

full stack web development projects

, ensuring seamless integration between custom applications, enterprise systems, and cloud services.

This is an exciting opportunity for a developer who thrives at the intersection of

Responsibilities



Power Platform (Primary)

Design, develop, and deploy

Power Apps (Canvas)

to support business processes. Automate workflows and integrations using

Power Automate

. Build and maintain

data models in Dataverse

and connect to external data sources (SQL, SharePoint, APIs). Develop

dashboards and reports in Power BI

to deliver actionable insights. Ensure solutions follow

best practices for security, scalability, and governance

within the Microsoft ecosystem. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into

functional Power Platform solutions

.

Full Stack Development (Secondary)



Develop and maintain responsive web applications using

Java, React, and Express

. Design and manage databases using

SQL/MySQL and Postgres SQL

to ensure data integrity and performance. Create and consume

RESTful APIs

to integrate Power Platform solutions with custom applications. Implement cloud-based solutions using

Azure or AWS

to enhance scalability and reliability. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications across both Power Platform and custom-built systems.

Team & Process



Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives). Collaborate with UI/UX designers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams. Stay current with

emerging technologies

in both Power Platform and full stack development.

Requirements



Proven experience with

Microsoft Power Platform

(Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse). Proficiency in

Java, React, Express, SQL/MySQL, Postgres SQL and RESTful API development

. Familiarity with

Azure services

(Logic Apps, Functions, API Management) is a strong plus. Strong understanding of

web development principles

and

cloud integration

. Experience with

Agile methodologies

and version control (Git). Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team. Strong communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
