:We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a Power Engineer Team Lead to come join an established manufacturing facility in the Strathmore, Alberta region.As the Team Lead you will be hands-on as well as oversee a small team of power engineers providing guidance and delegating tasks in accordance with and alongside other supervisors.You will be responsible for communicating the operational needs as it correlates to scheduling, quality control and maintenance. You will operate and control systems adhering to plant operating procedures including boilers, pressure vessels, vacuum and condensate recovery systems, waste processing and storage to name a few. You will document and record all activity as per standard operating procedures.Your schedule will be Monday to Friday, standard working hours, with some overtime available. You will also be required to be on-call for emergencies working in rotation with your team.Compensation range is up to $41 per hour based on experience and qualifications with excellent benefits and career advancement opportunities.Required Qualifications :-4th Class Power Engineer certification-Minimum of 3-5 years experience working in manufacturing environment-Current or previous leadership/lead hand experience-Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)-Good computer skills-Ability to complete paperwork accurately and on schedule-Full drivers license and clean driving record-Must be authorized to work in Canada for any employer
