Actalent is hiring a power electronics engineer for a leading telecommunications network equipment and software services supplier company!Description:As a Power Hardware Engineer you will:Develop power and ground systems for next generation Optical and Ethernet platform equipment.Design high performance circuit pack level power solutions (schematics and layouts) and work with hardware design prime to implement on their circuit packs.Work with hardware and mechanical design, and external supply partners to realize designs.Hold design, verification spec, and performance results reviews with peers as required.Work with suppliers, corporate and manufacturing procurement organizations to deliver components and sub-systems designs into production.Verify system and sub-component design with engineering and production prototypes.Main Requirements:1) At least 2 years of Power Electronics Design experience (grounding/circuit pack design), can include co-ops2) Master\'s in power electronics OR Electrical Engineering OR bachelor\'s degree with 2 years of relevant experience3) Product development experienceWorking With ActalentActalent is a worldwide leader in engineering consulting talent solutions.
