Responsibilities



Design and develop Power Platform solutions including Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate, Power Pages, and Power BI. Build and optimize workflows for process automation, approvals, notifications, and data integration. Integrate Power Platform apps with Microsoft Graph, internal APIs, and external services. Implement and maintain security best practices including DLP policies, role-based access, and zero trust principles. Design and deploy CoPilot agents and agentic workflows to automate tasks, summarize data, and enhance user interaction. Support platform administration including environment provisioning, governance, and capacity monitoring. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions. Document workflows and technical decisions and mentor team members in Power Platform development standards. Contribute to application lifecycle management including version control and deployment pipelines. Perform UAT, peer review and debugging of new and already built applications.

Requirements



5-10 years of experience in a similar role and in proven success working in a Microsoft based environment using Microsoft Power Platform. Degree in computer science or business-related disciplines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or related technologies preferred. Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Power BI. Strong analytical thinking and ability to design complex workflows and data models. Experience with Microsoft Graph and Power Platform Admin Center. Deep understanding of Microsoft best practices for development, security, and governance. Familiarity with CoPilot Studio, LLM integration, and agentic workflow design. Experience with SQL, Dataverse, Azure Data Lake, and ETL pipelines is an asset. Ability to mentor staff and establish Power Platform workflows and standards is an asset. Knowledge of application lifecycle management, environment strategy, and DevOps pipelines is an asset.
