Postdoctoral Scholar in Clinical Implementation of Pharmacogenetics
.

The primary focus will be on implementation science and its application to pharmacogenetic testing in youth mental health. The successful candidate will lead all evaluation components of the implementation trial, guided by implementation models. They will also contribute to educational material development, EMR/EHR integration activities, and conduct interviews with patients and providers to understand implementation barriers and facilitators. Additional opportunities to contribute may be available depending on candidates interest and expertise.
Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications & Experience
PhD in health sciences, health services research, or related field
Strong background in implementation or health services research
Expertise in qualitative methods (e.g., interviews, focus groups, NVivo)
Proven scholarly track record (publications, conference presentations)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an interdisciplinary research setting
Strong communication and scientific writing skills
Desirable Skills
Prior experience in pharmacogenomics, genomics, or youth mental health
Prior experience with EMR/HER integration efforts
Experience working with families and children affected by mental health and/or neurodevelopmental concerns
Experience creating educational materials for patients and healthcare providers.
