We are seeking a skilled Post Framing Specialist to join our construction team. This role involves constructing and installing framing components for various building projects, ensuring structural integrity and adherence to design specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience in carpentry, blueprint reading, and the use of hand and power tools. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects

Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately execute framing tasks Construct and install wall frames, and roof structures using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment as needed Operate heavy equipment safely for lifting and positioning large framing components Assist with siding installation and other exterior finishing tasks Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency

Qualifications

Proven experience in carpentry, framing, or related construction roles Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery operation Strong understanding of construction safety protocols Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in physically demanding environments Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Prior experience with restoration projects or siding installation is a plus A valid (if applicable) or relevant certification is preferred but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 - 70 per week
