On a day-to-day basis, you will:

daily analysis of client invoices and costs writing and reviewing reports daily use of applications like Excel, Word, Outlook communicate with Franchisees and clients manage client details within our CRM manage daily emails, tasks as directed by your supervisor
These individuals will work in a fast paced environment and conduct themselves in a professional manner where communicating using business acumen lingo will be necessary.

Requirements:

At least 1 year working experience in an office environment Experience with Excel is mandatory Experience working in in customer service and or customer relationship role Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work with large amounts of documents and to organize information effectively Work well under pressure and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Proficient experience with Microsoft Office including Word University or College Degree preferred but not required (Business or Office Administrative Certificate) Confident, self-governing individual within a team atmosphere Must be able to attend in-office days as required
This position offers a Hybrid work schedule.
After training in person, you will be required to be in the office two days each week, with the ability to work from home for the remainder of the week (subject to specific business needs requiring office attendance). When working from home, a reliable internet connection is required.
Remote work is supported with cloud-based applications and collaboration tools.
