Job Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Portfolio Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in investment management and financial services, with a proven track record in portfolio management. This role requires a deep understanding of financial concepts, risk analysis, and relationship management to effectively manage client portfolios and deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities



Develop and implement investment strategies tailored to client objectives and risk tolerance. Conduct comprehensive credit analysis and financial analysis to assess investment opportunities. Manage cash flow and liquidity for client portfolios, ensuring optimal cash management. Oversee asset allocation and diversification strategies within portfolios to maximize returns while minimizing risk. Utilize financial software and tools, including Bloomberg, for research and analysis of market trends. Collaborate with clients to understand their financial goals, providing wealth management advice and financial planning services. Monitor portfolio performance, conducting regular reviews and adjustments as necessary. Stay informed on market developments, economic trends, and regulatory changes impacting investments. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients, highlighting portfolio performance and strategic recommendations. Maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and ongoing support.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA) preferred. Proven experience in portfolio management or related roles within the financial services industry. Strong knowledge of investment principles, asset management, private equity, and underwriting processes. Proficiency in risk management techniques and financial acumen to evaluate investment risks effectively. Excellent mathematical skills with the ability to analyze complex financial data. Familiarity with wills, trusts & estate law is a plus. Strong research skills with the ability to synthesize information into actionable insights. Exceptional relationship management skills with a client-focused approach. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating independence in decision-making. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50.00-$1,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
