We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an
A-Frame Coordinator & Delivery Specialist
. This role involves coordinating the weekly placement of A-Frame signage from the office and executing the physical delivery and pickup of signs across the GTA and surrounding regions. The ideal candidate will be organized, capable of handling logistics, and comfortable working independently during evening hours.
Pick up A-Frames from the various sites on Friday nights for distribution across the GTA and Southern Ontario, including Brampton, Whitby, Oshawa, Etobicoke, and Mississauga.
Ensure proper installation at designated locations based on distribution maps provided by the A-Frame Manager.
Collect A-Frames on Monday mornings and return them to the shop.
Communicate with the A-Frame Coordinator regarding any incidents, missing A-Frames, or city removal issues.
Maintain accurate records of locations and number of signs placed/picked up.
Submit reports to the A-Frame Coordinator on Monday, detailing all locations and any potential issues.
Follow predetermined routes efficiently and keep the A-Frame Coordinator updated on distribution progress.
Coordinator Responsibilities (3 Days In-Office):
Plan and prepare weekly A-Frame distribution schedules and maps in coordination with sales and marketing teams.
Track inventory of A-Frame signs and manage replacements or repairs as needed.
Liaise with clients, municipalities, and internal stakeholders to confirm approved sign locations and comply with local bylaws.
Coordinate delivery staff or external contractors to ensure timely and accurate deployment of signage.
Maintain a comprehensive digital log of past and upcoming distributions, locations, and sign usage.
Monitor reports submitted by drivers and address any recurring issues or inefficiencies.
Provide training and guidance to new drivers on procedures and best practices.
Support the team with ad hoc tasks related to logistics and signage distribution
Requirements:
Valid G-class driver's license with clean driving record.
Familiarity with the GTA and Southern Ontario roadways.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work evenings and early mornings.
Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., Excel, Google Maps, scheduling tools).
Previous experience in logistics, dispatch, or coordination is a strong asset.
Ability to lift and handle A-Frames (up to ~40 lbs).
