JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Recreation Manager, the Pool House Attendant plays a key role in creating a welcoming pool environment by keeping it clean, safe, organized, and fully stocked. This entry-level role supports both housekeeping and guest service functions, ensuring amenities are replenished, cleanliness standards are upheld, and guest needs are addressed promptly and professionally. The Pool House Attendant contributes directly to the resort's service standards while developing practical hospitality skills in a dynamic setting.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcome and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner
Restock towels, water cups, tokens, and other supplies throughout the day
Maintain cleanliness of the pool house, gym, and changing rooms with regular walk- throughs
Collect and remove used towels and other discarded items
Refill shower and washroom amenities and ensure adequate supply levels
Wipe counters, floors, and other areas as needed to keep spaces tidy and safe
Respond to guest questions, concerns, and requests promptly and politely
Escalate serious guest complaints to the Recreation Manager or Supervisors
Support Recreation team programs by directing guests as needed
Follow all health, safety, and attendance requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow direction. Attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and safety
Comfortable bending, lifting, and being on your feet for extended periods
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Previous hospitality or housekeeping experience an asset, but not required
Part Time, Evenings, Thursday - Saturday. & Some Holidays
