Job Title: Construction Laborer

About Us:

All in One Pools is a family-owned business that has been in operation for 24 years. We install and service residential swimming pools. Our work is hands-on, varied, and takes place outdoors -- no two days are the same. We pride ourselves on quality workmanship and a friendly, team-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites Load and unload materials and equipment Operate hand and power tools as directed Perform manual tasks such as wheelbarrowing, shoveling, raking, and leveling Dig trenches, pour concrete, assist with plumbing, assemble pools, and other general construction tasks Support service calls and repair Technicians as needed Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Qualifications / Requirements:

Strong work ethic and team-first attitude Physically fit and able to perform physically demanding tasks Comfortable working outdoors in various weather (including heat) Knowledge of hand and power tools Willingness to learn and follow instructions Experience in construction, pool industry, landscaping, or plumbing is an asset Valid driver's licence is a plus

Pay: From $18.65 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
