Position OverviewWe are currently hiring a Pool Foreman to lead our fibreglass pool installation crew. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with project managers, clients, and team members. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, capable of managing on-site logistics, and passionate about delivering exceptional results.

What You'll Do: o Measure elevations and setbacks for pool installation

• Layout project work sites based on supplied plans
• Direct excavation equipment and operate machinery such as skid steers, mini-excavators, and mud buggies
• Handle logistics related to material deliveries and subcontractors
• Lead and mentor inexperienced staff members
• Assist in forming and pouring rough structural concrete (experience with finished or stamped concrete is an asset but not required)
• Complete plumbing connections and install pool equipment
• Perform initial water balance and start-up of the pool system
• Communicate with clients as needed and address any concerns


What We're Looking For: o 5+ years of in-ground pool installation experience

• Strong leadership skills and ability to guide a team
• Ability to read and understand building plans/prints
• Proficiency in using hand tools, battery tools, and air tools
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions (hot, cold, wet, or dusty environments)
• Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines
• Comfortable working weekends when required (weather and schedule dependent)
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License with access to reliable transportation


Work Schedule: o Full-time, seasonal or year-round employment

• Monday to Friday (some Saturday will be required based on schedule and weather)
• 10-hour shifts
• Winter work available in interior renovations, carpentry, snow removal, or extended vacation options
