As a Pool Cleaner , you will be responsible for maintaining residential pools, ensuring they remain clean, safe, and in peak condition. While no prior pool experience is required, this position involves daily hands-on work with pool equipment, tools, and mechanical systems. If you're comfortable using tools, working with your hands, and solving mechanical issues, you'll excel in this role!


This is a seasonal full-time position (April to August for students, April to November for returning employees), offering competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional pool cleaning services independently while following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain pace and quality in all cleaning tasks.
• Work alongside technicians on pool openings, closings, and equipment installations.
• Utilize both mechanical and manual tools to ensure proper maintenance.
• Update client records and company software with accurate service details.
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding safety concerns, service recommendations, and upsell opportunities.
• Keep work vehicles organized and stocked with necessary tools and supplies.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional job site environment.
• Support and promote a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• No prior pool industry experience is required, we provide training!
• Hands-on and mechanically inclined. Comfortable working with tools, equipment, and troubleshooting minor mechanical issues.
• Reliable transportation and a valid, clean driver's license.
• Ability to lift, move, and maneuver up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and computer skills.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, or working with mechanical systems is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive hourly pay at $20 to $22 per hour, based on experience.
