• Experience and knowledge of power/hand tools and all pool construction and service equipment
• Experience constructing fiberglass and vinyl pools - positioning, joining, aligning and seal structural components
• To assist in pool construction with crew, also opening/closing service & maintenance crews
• Must be able to read and follow plans, specifications and drawings
• Technical knowledge of plumbing for pools/ equipment
• Analyze, diagnose and repair pool malfunctions
• Must have knowledge and experience in the operation and function of various pool equipment
• Be hands-on in field construction and directly involved in all aspects of project construction including planning, construction, quantity verification and health & safety
• Able to perform all aspects of the job from start to completion and able to supervise other employees;
• Skilled at safely operating a truck & trailer,
• G licensed with clean driving record.

MUST HAVE:

• Must have a reliable vehicle to get to shop for 7:00am
• Must be punctual, have a positive attitude and be willing to learn
