Job Description

Job Purpose:
To support PolyCan Health Centre doctors in clinic operations and in delivering patient care. All work should be delivered to standards and procedures established in PolyCan Health Centre procedure manual or otherwise requested by PolyCan Health Centre doctors.

Responsibilities
>> Providing cosmetic consultations and customer services
>> Providing various cosmetic treatments to patients, such as Laser, IPL, RF, Liposuction
>> Promote good skincare products such as Jeuness Skincare, Zo SkinHealth or other products what authorize distributed by PolyCan group.
>> Promote other medical based services such as injectable treatments, hormone therapy, PRP and plastic surgery
>> Providing services package to our clients • Assisting the doctor in their treatments
>> Booking appointments for patients and cashing out patients
>> Helping to maintain cosmetic equipment & keeping clean for the aesthetic facility, reception desk and the rooms
>> Assisting the Project Manager or COO for the marketing, product promotion, supplies ordering, stock inventory, daily recording and bookkeeping

Qualifications:
>> Laser technician certificate
>> Knowledge and understanding of different skin and laser treatments
>> 1 year of hands-on experience working with laser machine
>> 2+ year’s experience in a similar aesthetic clinic role
>> Ability to work in fast paced clinic setting
>> Exceptionally organized and great attention to detail
>> Adapt easily to frequently changing priority
>> Work effectively both independently and with a team • Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality
>> Highly motivated, positive and energetic 

Skills Required
