Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic nurse injector with 2-3 years experience in injectable services such as Botox, dermal fillers and PRP.

This position is an integral part of the overall day to day operation of the Clinic. The Nurse Injector is responsible for all formal performed medical aesthetic treatments and therapies with patients and the overall success of the relationship between the company and the client.

This position requires a good working knowledge of customer service models found throughout the service industry and to be able to adapt to the ever-changing needs of a multi service environment. The primary role is two-fold: providing quality and discreet non-surgical, aesthetics care and generating revenue through the retail sector. Other responsibilities include administration support, new employee orientation, sales, and coordinating with senior management.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Perform all injectable treatments

Demonstrate a dedication and tangible effort towards increasing efficiency and productivity in order to maximize profit for the Clinic

Provide follow up care to all patients on a daily basis

Perform recall exercises regularly to ensure client retention

At the request of the Clinic, the employee may be required to perform additional nursing duties, which include circulating OR, recovery room duties, patient consultation, pre and post op care, minor surgery assistance and follow up.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Good people skills that enable to provide excellent customer service and interact with people from all walks of life.

Good knowledge of nursing practices.
familiar with administrative policies in physicians and medical offices.

Detail oriented.

With good knowledge of HIPPA policies and applicable medical regulations.

Education and Experience

Graduation from a recognized program for Nurses or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Current practicing registration as a LPN, RN, or RPN with the British Columbia College of Nursing Professionals (BCCNP).

Certificates in CPR and First AID, BCCDC Immunization, Phlebotomy, advanced wound care training is an asset

Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) with the ability to learn new applications
