VOLUNTEER POSITION

Eligible candidates must have paid the Arts & Science Undergraduate Society Membership Fee
Time Commitment and Responsibilities
8-month term from August 2024 to April 2025 with a time commitment of 5 hours/week.
- Applicants to the EDII co-Director position should have a commitment and knowledge of advocacy as it pertains to Equality, Diversity, Inclusion, and Indigeneity (EDII).
- Successful applicants will implement strategies and programs to promote EDII within the Politicus team.
- Applicants should have a genuine interest in politics, public policy and debate as it pertains to the content published by Politicus and the discourse discussed in our meetings.
- Skills and Abilities: Commitment to advocacy - Implementation of strategies and programs - Genuine interest in politics and academia
- Attendance of weekly editorial board and marketing team meetings to the best of their abilities
- Be present at all Politicus-hosted events including, but not limited to, workshops, launch events and lectures
