Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Polisher to join our paint shop. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality control and polishing processes, particularly with Endura paint products. This role is crucial in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

Perform polishing operations on various materials to achieve desired surface finishes. Identify and polish, runs, orange peel, dry spray and other paint defects. Before clearing parts for shipping. Conduct quality inspections using vision inspection systems and other quality control methods to verify product specifications. Collect and analyze data related to polishing processes and product quality. Participate in quality audits and assist in the implementation of corrective actions as needed. Collaborate with team members to improve manufacturing processes and enhance product quality.

Qualifications

Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, with a focus on quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC). Must have experience polishing Endura paint. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards throughout the production process.
