About the Role



We're looking for a

Policy Administration & Customer Service Associate

to support our growing operations team.

In this role, you'll handle post-issue servicing and policy administration tasks for our proprietary products. You'll work closely with agents, clients, and carrier partners to ensure every policy is issued, maintained, and serviced accurately and on time.

This is a

full-time hybrid

position based in Toronto -- ideal for someone with prior experience at an MGA, carrier, or TPA who enjoys precision, problem-solving, and working in a modern, tech-enabled environment.

Key Responsibilities



Process all post-issue requests: PAD updates, cancellations, reinstatements, beneficiary or address changes Track pending policies and follow up on outstanding requirements to ensure timely issuance Respond to service inquiries from agents and clients by email and phone Communicate with carrier partners to resolve discrepancies and confirm policy details Maintain accurate policy records in Oneday's internal CRM system Support agents with administrative and compliance tasks related to policy servicing Identify opportunities to streamline and improve servicing workflows

What You'll Bring



1-2+ years of experience in life insurance administration, customer service, or operations (carrier, TPA, or MGA experience preferred) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication Comfort using CRMs, digital forms, and carrier portals A proactive, reliable, and team-first mindset

Nice to Have



Familiarity with Canadian life-insurance carriers and products Experience using Zoho CRM or similar platforms LLQP license (asset but not required)
