The DHC-AMO is leading the De Havilland Aircraft of Canada business unit for maintenance, refurbishment and modifications of new DHC factory built and used aircraft. We carry out major modifications on all DHC fleet. Currently we are acquiring used Dash 8-400 and Classics and carrying out refurbishments for cargo combi, Package freighter, Large Cargo door, avionics modifications etc. We are also bringing in damaged/used Twin otters and repairing/refurbishing them for our current customers to also include Garmin Avionics Suite. The CL 215 conversions are now being revamped to include Universal Avionics Upgrades. The AMO is also doing upgrades to Sherpa SD3-60 to include Universal Upgrades.



Position Summary

The Podium Administrator performs a variety of administrative and clerical duties that support the needs of production.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately maintain work orders in our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Print and accurately maintain work orders and work order tallies. Build and update work order parts and services requirements to accommodate tactical changes that may occur as the maintenance work progresses. Create Non-Routine work orders based on the inputs and requirements of Production and Planning personnel. Update Work Order completion status. Feed updates to the performance reporting mechanisms. Set up new Part IDs in the ERP system as directed by Maintenance Planners and Production personnel. After the work is performed by Production and verified by Quality, close, scan, and file hard copies of all work orders. Perform work order audits to ensure that all we have issued and received back all work orders that have been printed and released. On a monthly basis, publish trends of audit findings and maintain a Corrective Action log for responses to those findings. Additional indirect accountabilities include in formatting and providing service to Operations and Planning departments. Other duties as assigned.

Experience and/or Educational Requirements

Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt to new priorities throughout the day Computer proficiency required, particularly with MS Office Suite Excellent communication skills Ability to interpret documents and apply standards to complete assignments in a fast-changing environment Proven track record of being a self-starter ERP experience will be considered an asset Experience with Visual considered an asset Experience in a Aviation, Aerospace or Manufacturing environment considered an asset
