Are you experienced in working within PMO or project settings? Are you an \'all-rounder\', usually involved in all aspects of project delivery? Looking to start your new opportunity swiftly with the world\'s largest pure-play contract logistics provider?

Here at GXO, we are looking for a PMO Support to assist with the delivery of various projects within a logistics environment. As the PMO Support, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of the Business Change Agenda ensuring its completion accordingly to the defined timeline. You will be involved a variety of work streams such as IT, HR, operations and more.

The role will be offered on a 12-month, fixed-term contract basis (with the possibility to extend for another 12 months) and a hybrid agreement of remote work and visits to the sites in Milton Keynes and Lutterworth.

We\'re looking to offer a salary of up to \xc2\xa335,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days of annual leave (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you\'ll do on a typical day:

• Assist the Project Manager in the planning, controlling, monitoring, driving, and reporting of new and existing Projects across the business
• Frequently communicate with both internal and external stakeholders at various levels of seniority
• Provide RAID management & support to ensure the timely completion of Actions, highlighting any delays or potential Risks to the project
• Reporting to PMO manager, assist in any other project related tasks

What you need to succeed at GXO

• Solid experience within Project/ PMO environment with proven ability to support all aspects of project management
• Flexibility and adaptability to the sites
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Project
• Clear understanding of Risk and Issue management with a keen eye for detail
