We're looking for a dynamic individual to manage client onboarding and to lead the onboarding experience for key strategic studios on our DETE (digital end-to-end) platform. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind successful client launches, ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly. You'll collaborate with talented engineers, operational teams, and studio partners to design and implement workflows that set our clients up for long-term success.

What You'll Do...

Be the go-to expert and main point of contact for all new launches. Dive into unique workflows using our in-house tools and ensure seamless onboarding. Collaborate with engineers to scope technical requirements and deliver exceptional solutions. Manage timelines, expectations, and deliverables with precision and professionalism. Partner with the department director on special projects that drive innovation. Keep documentation sharp, clear, and up-to-date for operational excellence. Work across teams to implement new workflows, processes, and efficiencies that make a real impact.

What We're Looking For...

Experience in client onboarding or project management within digital media or tech. Strong technical understanding and ability to navigate complex workflows. Excellent communication and collaboration skills--you're a natural connector. Ability to manage multiple priorities with agility Detail-oriented, organized, and driven to deliver results. Experience with key project management tools (Monday.com/CRM/Sharepoint/Zendesk)
