Missions/Main Duties:
Plan and coordinate projects with the Project Manager, ensuring adherence to corporate policies and effective daily management.
Assist in preparing budgets, schedules, organizational documentation, and monitor project progress, quality, and risks.
Facilitate project meetings, maintain accurate records, and communicate relevant information to the team and stakeholders.
Track changes, contracts, and ensure proper close-out documentation; support development and implementation of management tools and processes.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring efficient delivery and satisfaction.
