Location: 360 Norman St Lachine, Qc H8R 1A1
Competitive salary: $21.94/hour + bonus up to $1400

Scheduled Shift: 15 hours/week - 16h00 to 19h00 - PM shift

Benefits:

• Hiring bonus of $400 paid after one month of employment and TWO retention bonuses of $500 after 3 months and 6 months of employment. Some terms and conditions will be applied.
• Premium for preload $0.50/hour (depending on the position)

Key Responsibilities:

• Unloading and sorting freight
• Preload up to 5 trucks while pulling assigned freight off conveyor belt
• Scanning/Cubing/Reweighing
• Build positive relationships with team (couriers, lead hands and sorters)
• Working with conveyor and roller belts, inside trailers, cargo containers and package vehicles
• Accurately scan, count the number of stops on a truck and write all premium products while loading
• Adhere to all safety standards
• Regular and reliable attendance
• Other duties as assigned

Key Requirements:

• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 70 lbs.
• Knowledge of French
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency in a time sensitive environment
• Willingness to work as part of a team
• Attention to process, quality and/or operational standards
• Have no legal restrictions related to the job
