The PM - Strategy and Operations will support the evolution and execution of the Lab\'s roadmaps.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do here: Strategy:

• Continually scan the external landscape to identify relevant industry, consumer, and technology trends.
• Produce business cases and proposals for innovative features.
• Educate and build awareness of key trends with internal stakeholders.

• Organize content, attendees, and action items for steerings.
• Assist VP of Digital with overall governance of product and design portfolio.
• Assist VP of Digital with producing executive presentations.

• University degree or any combination of equivalent education and experience
• Minimum 5 years of work experience
• Property & Casualty insurance industry experience is considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with a high tolerance for ambiguity
• Strong research abilities to draw sound conclusions from a wide range of information sources
• Strong strategic thinking and communication (oral, written and presentation) abilities
• Strong financial, business acumen, and analytical skills
• Strong sense of urgency and resourcefulness with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence interacting and presenting at the senior-most levels of the organization

• Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, particularly in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
