Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items to specification, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and quality. Assist in prepping ingredients and setting up stations, following recipes and kitchen guidelines. Maintain a clean, organized workspace, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met. Collaborate with your kitchen team, communicating effectively to ensure smooth service during busy shifts. Monitor food stock and supplies, assisting with inventory management and minimizing waste. Work efficiently to meet kitchen demands, ensuring orders are prepared quickly without sacrificing quality. Assist with kitchen cleaning tasks and equipment maintenance as required.

What You Bring:

Experience working prep or on the line in a high-volume kitchen (or a strong willingness to learn) Passion for cooking and delivering great dishes consistently Strong attention to detail and plating standards Calm and focused under pressure Commitment to a clean, safe, and team-driven work environment
