Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated

Plumbing/Drain Technician

to join our team. This role involves diagnosing and resolving plumbing, drain and sewer issues using a variety of specialized tools and equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience problem solving a variety of plumbing and drain cleaning issues for both residential and commercial environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of plumbing installations and repairs. Perform drain and sewer cleaning using augers, drain cleaning machines and other specialized equipment. Inspect and repair plumbing fixtures and drain systems to ensure proper function. Communicate findings, recommended repairs, and preventive measures to customers in a clear and professional manner. Operate equipment safely and maintain tools in good working condition. Follow all safety procedures when working in confined spaces or hazardous environments. Provide excellent customer service while working independently or with a team.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years experience as a plumber. Knowledge of residential and commercial drainage systems and plumbing fixtures. Ability to operate drain cleaning equipment. Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills. Physical ability to lift and maneuver equipment, work in confined spaces, and handle tools. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
